As our hearts reopen and expand with the lighter breeze, brighter light and warmer sun we can reconnect to ourselves and to others in softer, kinder and more compassionate ways.

The workshop is designed to encourage free movement to explore our inner being and to remember parts of ourselves that we may wish to reclaim and move forward with to refresh and bring a sense of zest for living, through personal authenticity, rediscovering our passions, purpose and personal power. Pricing $150 for whole weekend for waged $125 for early bird (by 1 October 2025). Individual morning or afternoon session are $35.00 each.

All adult ages and fitness levels welcome. Alcohol and drug free space.

What to expect?

The workshop consists of four sessions of guided movement, activities and music to facilitate this embodied expression of self.

Movement is at your pace and your choice, no prior dance experience required, with no steps or choreography to learn.

No phones and electronic devices in the dance space, and NO FILMING or posting of photos online. If desired, a group photograph may be arranged at the end and sent to all participants.

Workshop information:

Please Bring along
· Cushion & blanket or wrap

· Yoga mat if you have one (optional)

· Layers of clothing to move in so that you can stay warm and remove as you heat up.

· Water Bottle

· We prefer Bare Feet (Dance Shoes if needed)

· Journal and Pen (if you have one)

· Food -bring your own lunches for each day and feel free to bring something to share.

There is a Kitchenette with crockery.

Your facilitators are:

Merieke Verbaten and Uschi Bay both are Open Floor International Teachers trained in the United States to facilitate conscious movement. Merieke is a DJ and psychologist and Uschi teaches social work at tertiary level, and both are keen to welcome you in your personal exploration in reclaiming your heart fire.
