Event description

Exhibition - Bridging to Next: Truth and Reclamation

Join us for a Lunchtime Student Talk at John Curtin Gallery in National Reconciliation Week 2025 with Curtin students Phoebe Campbell, Yasmin Gane, Di-Andra Holt, Angus Bowskill and Leza Howie.

For this inaugural Student Reconciliation Exhibition, Bridging to Next: Truth and Reclamation, the non-Aboriginal students have been encouraged to consider the tenacity, creativity, and humanity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Western Australia and reflect this in their selected artworks.

Facilitated by Ron Bradfield Jnr, the talk will explore their consideration and investigation of the artworks selected and how this project has influenced their reconciliation journeys.

This is a free event.
