As autumn ripens and the earth softens into stillness, we’re invited to turn inward—to shed, to slow, to listen. Join Lisa and June for a soulful day retreat nestled in a tranquil Caulfield hideaway, where we honour the sacred transition between seasons.
This is your time to pause, realign, and gently prepare for the quiet of winter. Through two immersive 90-minute asana practices—an energising & grounding Jivamukti flow and a deeply restorative yin—you’ll explore movement as medicine and stillness as sanctuary. Expect grounding sequences, nurturing hands-on assists, and space to simply be.
A chef-catered, plant-based lunch and afternoon tea will nourish you deeply, reflecting the warmth and abundance of the season. Between practices, rest, reflect, or connect in calm, heart-held company.
The day is lovingly guided by Lisa and June and woven with the breath of autumn: pranayama to clear, mantra to centre, and meditation to ground you in the present moment.
