I support women on their unique journey. Through a blend of somatic therapy, women’s embodiment, and holistic counselling, I help women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

Whether navigating a challenging time, feeling disconnected, or longing for more depth, embodiment, and ease — women are held here, exactly as they are.

What You Can Expect

I offer a calm, compassionate space where women can slow down, tune in, and explore what’s asking for attention. Using body-based practices, breath, movement, creativity, and therapeutic conversation, we gently work through stored emotions, stress, and old patterns, creating space for clarity, healing, and new possibilities.

About Me

I bring together professional training and lived experience to offer a deeply integrative approach to healing. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science, a Diploma in Counselling, and certifications in Mental Health, Women’s Embodiment, Art Therapy, and Yoga.
