RECONNECT: Winter Sauna, Blue Lotus & Conscious Connection Gathering.

Winter season can often bring with it a sense of withdrawal, hibernation and detachment from our social circle. That is why The Sauna Project x2 saunas, Kiss The Earth, and Rutherford Maule are coming together in the heart of Mount Maunganui on the 3rd of August to offer a holistic winter wellness morning filled with sauna sessions, meditation, breathwork, conscious connection, refreshing ocean swims and hydrating skincare. Join us for a warm restorative experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit, elevating your mood and fostering meaningful connections in our community.

• Sauna Sessions: Experience the deep relaxation and detoxification of our soothing sauna sessions, perfect for winter rejuvenation.
