Reconnecting with Nature: An Ecological Mindset in Leadership Workshop
Event description
Join us for an interactive workshop aimed at helping you reconnect with Nature and explore your role in creating a more sustainable future.
We'll meet at Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship inside Ormond College and then walk as part of a group of young students and emerging professionals to Royal Park, where we’ll observe the living systems around us—slowing down, tuning in, and deepening our sense of connection. We will discuss the importance of biodiversity in urban environments and how this can inspire our practice of sustainable leadership. Together, we will brainstorm ideas for restoring the Birrarung (Yarra River) to become safe, healthy and swimmable; working through practical steps of what will bring people and Nature into balance in our cities.
