Reconnecting with your Nature

Event description

Nature has much to teach us about living well and living more holistically. By being present with nature and observing her patterns, we can connect to both our innate nature and bring nature's wisdom into our lives and work. Deeply listening to Nature reveals messages and the relationships of a situation in new ways. The more we develop our capacity to listen to our inner and outer nature, the more holistically and consciously we can act in life and work.

Jax Wechsler and Viv Sung from the School of Being warmly welcome you to join them to explore embodied and creative practices to connect with your inner and outer nature and your well-being.

Gathering in a beautiful location near Huskisson together we will:

• Explore aspects of our own nature and well-being

• Listen, connect and learn with Nature as ally and teacher

• Practice individual and embodied group processes to connect with self and nature

• Set some intentions for well-being in your life and in our world

• Enjoy morning tea with a view of the pond.

Let nature be your guide to help restore well-being within yourself, your relations and our living world.

Come join us.
