Calm in the Web: Regulating the Nervous System Through Fascia-Informed Manual Therapy
This 90-minute webinar explores how the fascial system, autonomic nervous system, and interoceptive pathways interact to shape client responses, therapeutic outcomes, and the effectiveness of manual therapy. Grounded in contemporary fascial science and Polyvagal-informed principles, the session offers clear, clinically relevant insights into how slow, intentional manual therapy can down-regulate the nervous system and create conditions for deep, sustainable change.
Ideal for massage therapists, myotherapists, bodyworkers, and integrative practitioners, this webinar bridges modern theory with practical, real-world application. You’ll learn to read autonomic states, understand fascia as a sensory communication network, and use simple, powerful strategies to create safety, attunement, and nervous system regulation in every session.
