Ondrej Bursik will present an in-depth exploration of Kinesiology, offering participants a clear and comprehensive understanding of its principles, applications, and clinical relevance. This presentation is designed to deepen both theoretical knowledge and practical insight into how Kinesiology supports balance within the mind–body system.
Ondrej will explain the foundations of muscle monitoring, including how it works, why it is considered a reliable biofeedback mechanism, and why it remains a central technique used by many Kinesiologists worldwide. He will clarify common misconceptions and demonstrate how muscle monitoring can be effectively applied to assess stress, priorities, and functional imbalances.
The presentation will also examine a wide range of ways in which Kinesiology can be beneficial within clinical and educational settings. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, Ondrej will share real-life case examples to illustrate the breadth and scope of Kinesiology practice, helping participants gain a broader understanding of how this modality can be adapted to support individuals across different ages and presentations.
In addition, Ondrej will introduce several practical processes commonly used in Kinesiology that attendees can integrate into their personal lives as well as into clinical practice. These processes include the therapeutic use of metaphors, the application of acupressure points drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the use of affirmations combined with eye movement modes to support neurological integration and emotional balance.
This presentation is suitable for practitioners, students, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of Kinesiology as a versatile and integrative healing modality.
