Webinar: Self-Care for Burnout

Burnout is a common issue reported by healthcare professionals at various stages of their careers. Several obstacles, including the fear of being judged, concerns about professional reputation, and worries about the impact on their career, lead to a low utilization of mental health support services. Taking care of one's physical and mental well-being is crucial for the overall health and happiness of allied healthcare practitioners. Actively managing both physical and mental health can foster the creation of more efficient and sustainable work environments and promote a healthy work-life balance.

By the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will leave with a reflective self-assessment of their current health status and potential objectives for improvement. The techniques introduced during the presentation can also be applied in their interactions with clients, but they will have the opportunity to practice them on themselves first
