Recycled Plastic Jewellery Workshop - Kawerau
Event description
Join Envirohub at the Kawerau District library for a fun workshop where you will learn all about plastic recycling in Aotearoa and then turn a sheet of colourful recycled & reformed plastic lids, into beautiful jewellery pieces using simple jewellery-making techniques.
You will take home a pair of earrings, a pendant or a keyring made to your own design.

Conditions:
We will be photographing the event, please let us know when you arrive, if you do not want to be in any photos.
Please book a ticket for each person (big or small) who will be making and taking home a piece of jewellery.
Best suited for adults and older children who are confident using scissors un-aided and have the dexterity to use jewellery pliers.
