Recycled Seed Card Workshop
Event description
Celebrate Nature Play Week with this fun, hands-on activity designed for children from 3 – 12 years of age.
In this 1.5 hour workshop your child will make a fun, colourful gift from recycled paper.
Each participant will create their own recycled paper shape filled with seeds which they can turn into a gift card or take home to plant in the garden. When dry, the seed paper can be planted directly into soil to grow bee-friendly flowers.
The shapes can also be used to make a greeting card (these will be supplied on the day).
It's perfect timing to make a sustainable gift for Easter.
The session will be facilitated by Little Sprouts who will supply a range of greeting cards for children to choose from and decorate.
This session is suitable for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult to attend.
