This is a guided tour of an active landfill and waste diversion facility and is suitable for adults, and children at least 6 years of age and older. The tour provides an informative behind-the-scenes look at EMRC's waste diversion programs, the landfill tip face and Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) recovery. After the site tour, participants are invited to visit Red Hill's Education Centre for a light morning tea, to see our waste education activities and connect with other attendees.
