The Red Rose Women's Circle
Description
The Red Rose Women’s Circle will be starting our first circle gathering on Saturday 24th October!
Each month we will explore different spiritual themes and topics of focus and how they present in our lives.
This month's theme is "Our Journey so far and New Beginnings".
The 2 hour session will include:
- A guided meditation to help us quieten the busy mind & connect deeper to our inner self.
- An exploration of the topic through a ritual practice and intention setting.
- Gathering in circle for sharing & listening with guided questions & enquiry.
- Journaling & reflection to help us integrate our wisdom.
- Time to connect & journey with like-minded & like-hearted women.
Please bring a water bottle, journal and a pen.
