Red Shed Members - Strength and Mobility

Hi everryone!

I am excited to announce that our classes will continue, but this time they'll be just outside the Red Shed. I will find a spot close by so you can still park your cars at the Red Shed for ease.

Excited to see you there!

For the next 3 to 4 classes, please can you kindly bring a yoga mat, as I am waiting for my branded ones to arrive.

Thank you so much!

Nadia
