Ready to unleash your inner star? Then Drama-Rama! is the perfect way for young performers to explore the magic of theatre!
WAAPA graduates Hannah Davidson and Jono Battista will guide you through five action-packed days of collaboration, creativity, and pure fun with fellow drama enthusiasts.
What to expect
- Energetic performance techniques - get those voices booming and movements flowing!
- A playful peek into timeless classics—including, but not limited to, Shakespeare! (Spoiler: It’s more fun than you think!)
- Acting essentials - transform into unforgettable characters, bring scripts to life, and own the stage.
- Improvisation madness - quick-thinking, spontaneous scenes, and heaps of laughter.
- Team-driven creativity - work together to devise and perform original mini-productions.
The grand finale? A relaxed showcase where you get to strut your stuff in front of family and friends!
How It Works
This 5-day workshop runs Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM, with time to refuel and refresh during breaks.
- Year 4 and Year 5 - Session 1: Monday 30 June - Friday 4 July
- Year 5 and Year 6 - Session 2: Monday 7 July - Friday 11 July
- Year 5 students can choose either session.
Fee: $495 + booking fee
Early Bird Special: $425 + booking fee - Bookings before Monday 12 May
What to Bring
- Comfortable close-in shoes and loose clothing that you can move in
- Water bottle, snacks, and lunch to keep your energy up

REFUND POLICY: The amount of the session less $125 deposit will be refunded for withdrawals up to 14 days prior to the first day of class. Withdrawals less than 14 days from the first class will be at the discretion of redfoot youth theatre.
