Reef Resilience Photo and Art Exhibition Opening
Description
The Reef Resilience Photo & Art Showcase is a vibrant summer exhibition celebrating South Australia’s extraordinary marine life and coastal environments.
Presented by the Great Southern Reef Foundation, this special event brings together a curated selection of photography and artwork from across the state - capturing the beauty, stories, and resilience of our temperate reefs and the people who explore, care for, and connect with them.

Over the summer, divers, snorkellers, artists, and photographers were invited to document the colour, life, and changing conditions of our coastline. The response was incredible, with nearly 200 entries submitted from across South Australia. From underwater encounters to coastal perspectives, the exhibition showcases powerful imagery and creative works that reflect what is thriving, what is changing, and why our reefs matter.
Join us for the opening night celebration, where you’ll be among the first to experience the exhibition, see the winning artworks and honourable mentions, and watch as the competition winners are announced and receive their prizes.
The event will feature:
Live music by Katie Aspel
Curated display of framed award-winning works from the Reef Resilience Photo and Art Showcase
