Danielle Alvarez x Refettorio 'Guest Chef at the Ref' Dinner

We are so excited to be welcoming the incredible Danielle Alvarez into the Refettorio kitchen, for a special ‘Guest Chef at the Ref’ Dinner as part of Broadsheet's Dine Out festival this August!

Danielle is a Sydney based chef, recipe developer, cookbook author, and longtime supporter and friend of OzHarvest. She has spent time leading some of the world’s best kitchens, including The French Laundry in California, Fred’s in Paddington, and now works as Culinary Director of the Event spaces of the Sydney Opera House

Feeding people delicious, seasonal, responsibly sourced food and teaching people how to make the same delicious food for themselves is her purpose in life. This ethos will be celebrated in Danielle's unique three course menu plus a delicious snack, which will be curated using OzHarvest rescued ingredients.

This is your opportunity to have a feel-good fine dining experience and support your local community at the same time! Each ticket sold, allows Refettorio OzHarvest to serve at least 6 people in need a nourishing 3 course meal during our daytime service.

Tickets are available for two seating times, 6.30pm and 7.00pm.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be considered one booking, and guests will be seated together.
To ensure that everyone gets access to Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney – bookings will be limited to 10 seats.
