Sharon Winsor x Refettorio 'Guest Chef At The Ref' Dinner

We’re delighted to be welcoming the incredible Sharon Winsor, celebrated chef and founder of Indigiearth, into the Refettorio kitchen, for a special ‘Guest Chef at the Ref’ Dinner!

Sharon Winsor is a Weilwan woman from Northwest New South Wales, and a passionate proponent of Indigenous culture. As a talented educator, storyteller, executive chef and leader Sharon has a wealth of knowledge to share from her life’s journey. Today through her native food products, culinary events and publications she shares her culture and aims to educate the broader community about native ingredients and their usage.

Sharon’s enthusiasm for native ingredients and passion for sharing Indigenous culture, will be celebrated in her unique three course menu plus a delicious snack, which will be curated using OzHarvest rescued ingredients.

Each ticket includes a donation to help keep our doors open and serve six people in need  a free nourishing lunch during our daytime service.

This is your opportunity to have a feel-good fine dining experience and support your local community at the same time! 

Tickets are available for two seating times, 6.30pm and 7.00pm.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be considered one booking, and guests will be seated together.
To ensure that everyone gets access to Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney – bookings will be limited to 10 seats.
