Reflect, renew, reset. Hauora for the new year
Description
As you head into 2027, take time out to join Tuihana to reflect, renew, and reset for the year ahead. This is a special opportunity to think about what you want to do to care for your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of your whānau and your team, in the months ahead.
In this online workshop, Tuihana will share some mātauranga around raumati (summer), some wellbeing practices, and guide reflection around what you want to take forward from 2026, what you want to leave behind, and what you want to bring into your 2027 wellbeing kete.
The workshop will include breakout room discussions for community members to reflect, share and learn together.
At a time when so many of us and our communities are navigating challenging times, making space to focus on our hauora is a kindness we can offer ourselves.
We hope you will join us for this special time with Tuihana.
