Event description

Join me for the first online Reflect + Reset Circle on Sunday 30 August 2020 (AEST)!

This is an opportunity to re-connect, reflect, and refresh before the start of the new month. Together we will deep dive and reflect on how the last month went, the lessons you learned, celebrate your wins, and set your intention for the upcoming month.

During this event, we will:

  • Reconnect with our mind and body through a Pilates Flow session to help stretch and relax our muscles
  • Reset and focus on our monthly intention through a guided meditation
  • Reflect on the past and upcoming month through journal prompts

There will also be space throughout the session to connect with likeminded souls from around the world!

All you need is:

  • A device that can connect to the internet (phone, laptop, tablet)
  • Your yoga mat (+ some space to move!)
  • Water bottle or your drink of choice!
  • Candles or diffuse some essential oils (totally optional!)

ALSO - 10% of every ticket purchased will be donated to the Bali Children Foundation to help children living in disadvantaged areas receive an education!
