Historically, times of crisis have led to social change. WWII, for example, opened doors for women to enter the workforce. Will Covid-19 mark the beginning of a new, more equitable era?

Both men and women are experiencing increased work flexibility and the integration of their home and work lives. Globally, women leaders are being recognised for their capabilities and effectiveness. At the same time, we know women are taking on the lionshare of homeschooling, cleaning and meal prep and they make up the majority of low-paid, essential workers putting their health at risk in our hospitals, schools and supermarkets.

What’s your reality? What are the challenges and opportunities present for you in this moment?

Together, with a diversity of women awake to the possibilities and obstacles of our times, we will begin a new conversation deepening our appreciation of innately feminine capacities. Guided by Maria Raines and infused by the personal story of Robyn Katz we will generate collective awareness, gain clear vision and explore how we can confidently bring forth our feminine ways in daily life.

Our intention is to create a space for women to:

  • Breathe in: gain inspiration and encouragement from kindred women
  • Pause: take time to reflect, held in a safe and sacred space
  • Breathe out: let go of external expectations and re-set intentions

With options to join us at 9:30am or 7:30pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday 2 June, we hope to cater for you wherever you are and whatever your schedule. Check your time zone here.

UPDATE: We have added a third time option, Thursday 4 June @ 9:30am (AEST) as the 9:30am slot on 2 June is fully booked!

Ticket Price: In recognition of the financial hardship that many are facing at this time, and our commitment to experimenting with creating meaningful virtual experiences, we invite you to pay an amount that feels right for you. There is no judgement or penalty should you opt to pay $0. We suggest you take into consideration your financial means, the anticipated value of this experience, the cost of similar offerings and your commitment to supporting women business owners.

Our Story: Maria & Robyn met in 2011 when Maria applied for the Events Coordinator role at Robyn's company, Talkpoint. They both remember the interview fondly as Robyn was breastfeeding her baby throughout. That was the start of a seven year professional partnership and ongoing friendship. Today they operate independently, Maria via Shift Practitioners and Robyn via Talkpoint & The Grove Cooperative. They are delighted to be co-creating this online experience and united in their commitment to support and empower women.

Please invite your female friends to join us.

BTW we choose to use Humanitx as our ticketing platfrom because they are a not-for-profit organisation, they donate 100% of their profits to charity. We are proud to know that the booking fees for this event will support education programs for girls.
