Reflections & Directions

Join Prue from Earth Altering & Tamara from From The Earth Women for 4 live online sessions as we journey alongside the elements to release, remember and receive - with Earth Altars, powerful guided meditations, rituals, journaling and sacred tools for deep reflection...

We will follow a full moon cycle where you will discover how to connect more intimately to the earth and nature whilst embodying the energies of the elements and directions. We will evolve our Earth Altar over the 4 weeks and learn different ways we can use it for ritual and healing.

Each week, Tamara will lead us on a deep and beautiful sound journey to the heart & wombspace in divine alignment with the energy of each element, while Prue will facilitate the evolution of your own personal Earth Altar as well as rituals to connect with and honour the fire, water, air and earth elements.  We will also have time to journal and share what ever comes up along the way amongst our sacred container each week.

Dates: March 10th USA / March 11th AUS - April 7th USA / April 8th AUS

Times: 4pm PTD / 10 AM AEDT *4 x sessions (2 hours per session)
