Reflectivus for Team Leaders
Leadership often means supporting others while managing competing priorities, difficult decisions and constant change. Yet opportunities to slow down, reflect and learn from experience are often limited.
Reflectivus for Team Leaders is a facilitated Reflective Practice Group session for people who lead others as part of their role and want space to reflect on the experiences, challenges and impact of leadership work.
This is not a training workshop, webinar or networking event.
It is a structured reflective practice experience where participants can step back from the demands of day-to-day work, explore challenges and insights from practice, and learn alongside others navigating similar leadership responsibilities.
Through facilitated reflection and conversation, participants will have the opportunity to:
Pause and reflect on the realities of leading and supporting others
Learn from the perspectives and experiences of peers
Gain greater clarity, confidence and self-awareness through structured reflection
Explore challenges, questions and situations that are impacting them in their leadership role
Create space for wellbeing, renewal and sustainable leadership practice
Leave with insights that support both themselves and the people they lead
Sessions are intentionally limited to eight participants to support meaningful discussion, trust and deeper reflection.
