A collaboration between Club Shakas Communities and Goodlife Karringup to bring to you a free pilates reformer class. 

Goodlife Karringup is opposite Coles. It is best to park is the B1 carpark. 

Please arrive 5mins early to set up. 

Things you'll need: sports gear, socks, towel, water bottle.
