Once purchased, Bec (owner/facilitator) keeps a tally of how many classes you have used, so you can just rock up to class each week without needing to pre-book. If you would like to advise Bec of your attendance prior to a class, you're welcome to email her (refractyoga@gmail.com) or DM her via Instagram or Facebook, however this is optional :)
