Overview

This interactive workshop is designed to equip leaders and managers with the tools to harness neurodiversity within their teams. By understanding the strengths, challenges, and strategies associated with managing neurodivergent individuals, participants will learn how to create inclusive and high-performing teams.

2.5-hour interactive workshop + 60-minute group coaching session a month later. Delivered online - meeting links will be provided upon registration.
