Refresh and Restore Sound Bath 12/30
Description
Please join us as we come back for another Refresh & Restore Sound Bath on Wednesday, December 30th from 6:30-8:30pm. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc. Possible benefits of sound healing include stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, decreased pain, and enhanced intuition and creativity.
This sound bath will be towards the end of the holidays and is such a beautiful way to nourish your nervous system after so much travel, busyness, and the many feelings that come with the holiday season. We may experience excitement, joy, and gratitude, but also stress, grief, or loneliness. Holiday season is different for everyone and no one experience is the same. One thing to keep consistent is much needed self care during these times.
This is a gentle practice to give back to you. A time to allow yourself some rest after the holidays. An opportunity restore your mind, body, and spirit.
All you need to do is to be open to receive. Allow yourself to be present - no distractions, no to-do list, nowhere to go and nowhere to be for just this hour.
What to expect:
You will be guided into a meditation to settle in. From there you will experience a 60 minute immersive sound journey. Allow the sounds to move through you, ground you, and find deep rest and presence. Afterwards, you are free to browse the book store or stay for an oracle card guided message.
We hope to see you soon and be in community together 🤗
