Refresh and Restore Sound Bath
Description
Please join us for a 1-hour guided sound journey. Take time to unwind and relax your mind and body. Let the sounds wash over you, ground you into stillness, and melt the tension away. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc.
Possible benefits of sound healing include stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, decreased pain, and enhanced intuition and creativity. All that you need to do is show up and receive while letting the sound journey do the work for you. Afterwards, you are more than welcome to join us for oracle card readings and browsing the bookstore. We look forward to this night of relaxation with you!

- What should I bring?
Anything that keeps you cozy. Typically sound baths are best enjoyed lying on a yoga mat. Other items to keep in mind: blanket, pillow, eye cover, cushion for under the knees, any comfort items, and a water bottle.
