This is an exciting new course which is being offered at FPMT Centres worldwide in 2025. It offers people the opportunity for personal change by applying knowledge from Buddhism and Science. The focus is on exploring this knowledge through discussion, reflection and meditation, in order to make our minds calmer, wiser and more contented.
