Refresher Safe Church Workshop Greensborough

Safe Church Refresher Workshops are interactive, awareness raising workshops for Church and Agency leaders and volunteers. The Safe Church Refresher Workshop is recommended every three years for leaders who have previously attended a Safe Church Awareness Workshop. Workshops are facilitated by trained presenters, hosted by local churches and attendance is recognised by members of the National Council of Churches in Australia Safe Church Training Agreement.

Safe Church Refresher Workshops are interactive, awareness raising workshops covering Christian foundations of safe ministry, duty of care, vulnerable people and child protection (abuse prevention), due diligence in relation to recruitment and supervision of all church leaders and the management of program risks.

Workshops are facilitated by trained presenters, hosted by local churches, and attendance is recognised by members of the National Council of Churches in Australia Safe Church Program.

The Safe Church Refresher Workshop is recommended every three years for leaders who have previously attended a Safe Church Awareness Workshop.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Certificate of Attendance will be provided.

Participants must have previously attended the full day or L1 & L2 Safe Church Awareness Workshops.
