Regenerative Agriculture: Professional Learning for Educators
Event description
The Regenerative Agriculture Professional Learning for Educators workshops are designed to inform science, agriculture, geography and general classroom teachers and teacher educators with the most current and relevant issues and science surrounding six key areas of Regenerative Agriculture. The workshops explain the thinking that has moved beyond sustainable agriculture into a new and exciting space for the future of agriculture in Australia.Â
These Professional Learning workshops are brought to you by the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance at Southern Cross University. There is no charge for attending this event.
The details for the face-to-face workshops are:
• LISMORE, NSW: Wednesday 3rd May 2023 from 8:30am – 3:30pm. Venue: TBC
• COFFS HARBOUR, NSW: Thursday 4th May 2023 from 8:30am – 3:30pm. Venue: TBC
The details for the online workshops are:
• ONLINE: Beginning Wednesday 10th May 2023 from 4:00pm – 5:00pm for 6 weeks. Hosted on the Zoom platform. Link will be sent on registration.
This professional learning aligns with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APSTs from AITSL):Â 2.1.2, 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 7.4.2.
