Over a 20-year career in the water industry, Shaun is committed to making a positive impact to the community and environment in a collaborative, commercial and creative way.  Shaun has worked in leadership roles across the public and private sectors and is currently Co-Chair of the Deakin Engineering Advisory Board and a member of the Barwon Regional Partnership.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

James Stirton - Executive Director City Infrastructure, City of Greater Geelong

James Stirton is Executive Director of City Infrastructure at the City of Greater Geelong, leading a team of 535 professionals and overseeing the delivery of a $200M+ capital works program, maintenance and renewal of an asset base in excess of $6B, municipal waste services and engineering services.

With more than 20 years' experience across the public and private sectors, James has held senior roles including Interim CEO and General Manager Placemaking at Bass Coast Shire, Manager Property and Environment and Place at Banyule City Council, and Precinct Director at the City of Port Phillip. James leads with authenticity and purpose, cultivating high-performing cultures and placing people and purpose front at centre is key to his leadership practice.

Anthony Grodzki - President, Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE)

Anthony Grodzki is a leader in the field of urban design and land development, currently serving as the President of the Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE). With a wealth of experience in engineering, infrastructure planning, and sustainable development, Anthony is dedicated to advancing best practices and fostering collaboration within the industry. 

As a key advocate for innovation and technical excellence, Anthony plays a pivotal role in shaping policies, driving industry standards, and supporting professionals in the land development sector.
