Rehan Majeed is an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong track record in delivering diverse infrastructure projects funded by Local and State Governments, as well as international funding agencies such as the World Bank. Skilled in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on public sector capital works and community infrastructure.
Currently serving as Acting Manager Assets & Engineering at Horsham Rural City Council and leading the delivery of a $20 million Capital Works Program.
Akshay Rajput - Acting Coordinator Project Office - Horsham Rural City Council
Civil engineer and project leader with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects across local government and the private sector. Currently serving as Coordinator of Engineering and the Project Office at Horsham Rural City Council, I oversee the planning, design, and execution of high-value multidisciplinary capital works. My responsibilities span across planning permits, structure plans, traffic and drainage management, legal point of discharge, and community engagement. A proven strategist and grant writer, I have successfully secured over $2 million in funding for infrastructure upgrades, demonstrating my ability to align technical delivery with organisational goals and community needs.
Nathan Harders - Manager Project Delivery at GWM Water
Nathan Harders is a Civil Engineer specialising in project delivery within the water industry. With over a decade of experience, he has led the successful development, design, and delivery of numerous water and wastewater projects. Nathan holds an honours degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Master’s degree in Project Management and is a Registered Professional Engineer. As a Senior Project Engineer at GWMWater, he is passionate about delivering impactful regional projects and creating lasting value for local communities.
Nick Mumford - Executive Manager Service Delivery at GWM Water
Nick joined GWMWater in 2017 with a background in Engineering and Project Management. He has 11 years' experience in the water sector and is responsible for strategic leadership of Asset Management, Water Regulation, Infrastructure Planning and Project Delivery activities.
