Regional Mobilisation Summit 2025

The 2025 Regional Mobilisation Summit is a powerful, action-focused event dedicated to amplifying the power of grassroots community leadership and showcasing the progress being made across our region. Facilitated by Make A Change and Scott Ko, this year's Summit focuses on celebrating what is working - the connections, actions and community-led initiatives already driving meaningful change.

Through presentations, local case studies, and interactive breakout sessions that provide tools for clarity, confidence, funding, and implementation, we will explore how communities are moving from conversation to action - and what it takes to turn passion into lasting impact.

In the lead-up to the Summit, Goulburn Murray Community Leadership has been travelling across the region as part of the Community Action Network (CAN), from delivering the Resilience Canopy Training to hosting Insight Sessions in towns including Yarrawonga, Benalla, Kyabram, and Shepparton. These local trainings and workshops brought together residents, community leaders, and stakeholders to share their lived experience, identify strengths and challenges, and shape practical ideas for action. The insights and themes gathered through the CAN Hubs have directly informed the design of this year's Summit - ensuring it reflects what matters most to our region.
