Regions Rising Webinar Series 2020 Final Event

The Regional Australia Institute (RAI) is hosting the final event in our Regions Rising webinar series for 2020, in partnership with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and their charitable arm, the Community Enterprise Foundation. 

This event includes two webinar sessions and an opportunity to take part in virtual speed-networking with fellow attendees to form new connections and solidify existing ones in the regional development space.

Discussions will focus in on the manufacturing industry and its role across regional economies and communities. From the national perspective, the Summit will look at the potential for expansion of manufacturing in regional Australia – boosting not only national but also regional self-reliance. And from a regional perspective, the Summit will explore the question challenging many regional leaders: should our region deepen its current economic specialisations and strengths, or do we need to diversify to improve our resilience?
