Register for Rhyll Hot Water Trial Updates
Description
Welcome! We're excited to invite Rhyll residents and property owners (and the broader community) to stay informed about an innovative trial happening in our community.
Thanks to TRPI's advocacy and partnership with AusNet, starting 1st March 2026, AusNet will automatically change when controlled load hot water systems operate in Rhyll. Instead of heating water overnight (typically 11pm-5am), residents hot water will now heat during the day 9am-3pm with a supplementary boost period from 4am-6am.
The best part? This change costs nothing, requires no action from you, and makes smart use of the renewable energy that is already generating during the day.
