Why Mentoring Matters

Mentoring plays a crucial role in helping women achieve greater success, higher engagement and retention, and increased opportunities. As a mentee, you gain valuable insights from experienced professionals across industries and senior levels — just like one of our previous mentees below.

A Mentee’s Experience

“Being part of mentor(SHE:) has been truly inspiring! 2026 was a turbulent year for me, however my mentor was always there to help and guide me when the going got tough, but also to support me with my career growth and set goals for the future.”

Imagine This

Imagine having a dedicated mentor — a senior professional in your field — guiding you through career challenges, helping you refine your goals, and giving you the confidence to take the next step.

Now imagine receiving that level of one‑on‑one mentorship for an entire year — without the usual $5,000–$10,000 price tag.

With Mentor(SHE:) 2027, You’ll Get:

A full year of one‑on‑one mentoring with an experienced industry leader
Support tailored to you — whether you're navigating career changes, aiming for a promotion, or building confidence
Unmatched value — just $249 for an entire year

Invest in Yourself

This is more than mentorship — it’s an investment in your growth at a fraction of the cost. Spaces are limited, and registrations close soon — don’t miss out.
