    Nervous system disregulation can be the root cause of many health issues including chronic pain, autoimmune issues, gut disorders, hormonal disharmony, depression, anxiety and burnout.

    If your nervous system is disregulated, you might find yourself often feeling panicked or overwhelmed, alternatively, you might often feel numb, flat or disconnected. You may also experience relationship struggles like, staying silent when you need to speak your truth, or saying things you don’t mean.

    During these dynamic times, it's so important to have simple & effective somatic tools that support you in bringing the nervous system back into a regulated and calm state. In this workshop you’ll learn not just the scientific rationale (the 'why') but also the practical exercises (the 'how’). You’ll be equipped with the most effective somatic practices, breathwork techniques and exercises to help you regulate your nervous system, cultivate a peaceful mind, balanced hormones, optimal health, vitality, longevity, harmonious relationships and be thriving in all areas of life!

    You’ll receive helpful resources, information and somatic tools to support you in nervous system regulation, and understanding how to come out of the sympathetic 'fight, flight, freeze' response, and into the parasympathetic state of 'rest and digest', feeling safe, harmonious, healthy, peaceful, socially engaged and thriving!
