A significant part of our time together will be dedicated to the attunement process. This is where you’ll receive your Reiki One initiation, allowing you to channel healing energy for yourself and those around you and begin to facilitate healings on yourself, family and friends. 

 We’ll also cover essential hand positions for practicing Reiki, empowering you to take these skills into your everyday life.

Additionally, we’ll explore the complementary use of essential oils and crystals, tools that can enhance your healing journey and create a richer experience.
