What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful method of healing.

Reiki energy (often described as "universal life energy" or "spiritual energy") is accessed and channelled by the practitioner during a treatment. Regular practice enhances the body's natural healing ability and promotes well being, spiritual growth and self-healing. Reiki treatment stands on its own as a healing practice, is safely used to support orthodox and complementary medicine and doesn't interfere with or diminish the intended effects of other health or medical practices. Reiki is used to support patients suffering with pain in hospitals around the world and the USA also trains nurses to practise self Reiki to reduce their anxiety. Training in the Usui system of Reiki can support your healing, personal development and can be learnt and practised by people of all ages and walks of life. 

During Level 1 training you will learn: 

The history and principles of the Usui System of Reiki Healing
How to protect yourself energetically
How to feel and channel energy
Learn how to balance chakras
Learn how to do self-Reiki and Reiki on others
You will practice how to give Reiki
You will receive a Reiki Level 1 workbook to keep
You will receive a certificate on completion of this course.
PLUS you will also learn how to activate your natural psychic abilities to enhance the psychic experience for you and your loved ones. 

After this Level 1 training: 

You will be certified to practice in self-treatment and giving and receiving Reiki treatment to friends, family and animals. 

Ongoing facebook group support from Kim
Optional private mentoring from Kim in person or online
Reiki Level 2 can be completed 3 weeks after completing Level 1
Reiki Level 3 (Masters) can be completed 12 months after completing Reiki Level 2

A little about your Reiki Master Kim Sheppard: Kim performs self-Reiki daily and regularly supports people with private Reiki appointments and certifies people through their Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master certifications. Kim is an advanced psychic medium regularly providing readings in a private and group setting. 

Kim blends science and spirit with a Bachelor in Health Science as a Naturopath, a clinical supervisor and mentor for Naturopathic, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition students, a level 2 Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner, a certified Advanced Psychic and Medium through LWISSD, a certified 350 hour Level 1 Yoga Teacher through My Health Yoga, Certified Crystal Healer, Published author, Yoga, Meditation Teacher & Podcaster on the Insight Timer, is currently studying a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and offers a J.P service as a Commissioner of Declarations.

Kim combines her psychic mediumship and crystal training into her Reiki treatments and encourages the Reiki practitioners she certifies to Embrace their unique talents and nurtures them to be the Reiki practitioner they feel is right for them and are meant to be. Kim combines her intuition with her science background to support people on all levels - physically, nutritionally, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically. Numbers are limited to ensure each trainee receives everything they need during the training session.
