This 6 week circle is a sacred space for transformative healing and spiritual growth, the Reiki Ascension Group offers guided energy work, deep soul clearing, and intuitive support to help students align with their highest selves. Through the power of Reiki and higher-dimensional energies, this group fosters inner awakening, expanded consciousness, and heart-centered living. Suitable for all levels, it’s a nurturing community for those seeking to ascend beyond limitations and embody their true light.

Week 1: Grounding & Clearing - Creating energetic safety & releasing lower vibrations.

• Opening meditation Pillar of light meditation & connect with the Higher Self
• introduction circle & group transformative intentions & cards
• Group Reiki session focused on clearing fear, anxiety, and stagnant energy
• Sharing circle & cards for integration & support

Week 2: Activating the Heart & Inner Light - Heart chakra healing & soul remembrance.

• Guided meditation to connect with your soul essence
• Reiki infusion to activate compassion, love, and worthiness
• channeled activation & group sharing

Week 4:  Inner Child work & soul retrieval - coming back to wholeness

• Channeled healing - the inner parent supporting your inner child to heal
• soul integration of soul fragments lost in time 
• group sharing, for support, insights & integration  

Week 4: Intuition & Ascension Pathways - Expanding intuitive gifts & aligning with your soul’s mission.

• Third eye activation and intuitive development exercises
• Hara line alignment & activation of your inner channel

About Me 

Cath has been a Reiki master /Teacher for over 15 years and a registered nurse for over 20 years. Cath is passionate about teaching Reiki & is an energy specialist. Cath has completed Channelling Spirit academy, High Priestess training, Spirit of Light Practitioner, Counselling & Complimentary therapies - Colour therapy, Metaphysical & Crystal healing. Cath loves teaching Reiki and enjoys inspiring others to take charge of their own healing and journey in life
