• What is Rebecca’s background and experience with Reiki?

  Rebecca is a certified Usui–Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher and has worked professionally as a Reiki practitioner for the past year, although Reiki, energy awareness and spiritual development have been part of her life and personal practice for much longer.

  This will be Rebecca’s first time formally teaching a Reiki certification course, feeling deeply called to do so. She brings extensive experience teaching, facilitating and supporting others through her previous work, alongside more than a decade of training and practice in integrative nutrition, wellness coaching, spiritual development, intuitive energy work and shamanic practices.

  Rebecca has been highly sensitive to energy since childhood and has spent many years developing her ability to perceive, interpret and work with it responsibly. Her teaching brings together traditional Reiki principles, practical hands-on guidance and her broader understanding of the body, nervous system, energy and personal development.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to determine the best option. We are very responsive to emails and will always endeavour to achieve a better solution for you than that defined by our standard terms given below, which we reserve the right to apply:
  31+ days before the retreat - full refund
  15 to 30 days before the retreat - 50% refund
  14 to 0 days before the retreat - no refund

• Do I need to have completed Reiki Level 1?

  Yes. Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundations established in Level 1. To attend this training, you must have previously received a Reiki Level 1 attunement. We will require your certification in order to enrol.

• Can I attend if I completed Level 1 with another teacher?

  Absolutely. Students from all Reiki lineages and schools are welcome, provided they have completed Reiki Level 1 and received a Reiki attunement. We will require your certification in order to enrol.

• What will I learn during Reiki Level 2?

  You will deepen your understanding of Reiki through the study and use of traditional & modern Reiki symbols, distance Reiki techniques, energetic awareness practices, and guided Reiki sessions. The training focuses on developing confidence, expanding your practice, and strengthening your relationship with Reiki.

• What are Reiki symbols?

  Reiki symbols are tools used within Reiki practice to support intention, focus, and energetic connection. During Level 2, you'll learn how to work with these symbols and begin integrating them into your Reiki practice.

• What is Distance Reiki?

  Distance Reiki is a Reiki technique that allows Reiki to be offered beyond physical proximity. During Level 2, you'll learn how to send Reiki across time and space using specific Reiki methods and symbols.

• Will I receive an attunement?

  Yes. During the training, you will receive your Reiki Level 2 attunement as part of the initiation process.

• Will I be certified?

  Yes. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a Reiki Flow Level 2 certificate.

• Can I practice Reiki professionally after Level 2?

  Many Reiki practitioners choose to begin offering Reiki professionally after completing Level 2. While professional practice is a personal choice, Level 2 provides additional tools, techniques and confidence for working with others.

• What should I bring?

  Please bring a journal and pen, water bottle and anything you need to be comfortable throughout the day. All training materials will be provided.

• What is included in the training?

  Your investment includes the full-day Reiki Flow Level 2 training, Reiki Level 2 attunement, training manual, certificate, and 5 online integration and practice circles following the training, with supporting meditations

• What are the integration circles?

  Learning Reiki is only the beginning. The integration circles provide an opportunity to deepen your practice, ask questions, receive guidance, share experiences, and continue developing confidence as you integrate Level 2 techniques into everyday life.

• Will there be practical experience during the training?

  Yes. Level 2 includes guided practice and experiential learning throughout the day, allowing you to work directly with the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki techniques, and expanded Reiki practices.

• What if I completed Level 1 years ago?

  That's perfectly fine. Many students attend Level 2 after spending months or even years with Level 1. The training is designed to help you reconnect with Reiki while building upon your existing foundation.

• What if I'm unsure whether I'm ready for Level 2?

  If you've completed Reiki Level 1 and feel called to deepen your practice, you're ready. Level 2 is less about perfection and more about continuing the journey with curiosity, practice, and support.

• I've completed Level 2 before. Is this training suitable for me?

  Absolutely. Many students return to Level 2 to refresh their knowledge, deepen their understanding of the symbols, strengthen their confidence, and reconnect with Reiki through guided practice and integration.
