Reiki Level 1 Shoden (In person)
Event description
Reiki level 1 (Shoden) is a sacred journey and introduction to exploring the powerful universal energy of Reiki. The system of Reiki supports us to access our unlimited potential and expand your own capacity for healing and self love.
As part of your Reiki Level 1 experience you'll receive:
- A full day of face to face learning and exploring all things Reiki - this includes your sacred initiation (attunement) to reiki energy as well as exploring foundational principles and teachings
- A comprehensive manual and ritual tools to continue your practices at home
- 30 minute individual follow up session to deepen the integration of the practices and learnings
Much of the day together is focussed on experiential learning so there is a strong emphasis on connecting and practising with all the tools & rituals Reiki has to offer. You will have confidence in offering yourself a hands-on Reiki healing as well as offering a Reiki session to a loved one.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure an intimate and safe space.
