Are you ready to unlock the healing energy within you and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment?
Reiki Level One is traditionally known as Shoden, “First Teachings”. During the first stage of your Reiki training, the emphasis is on Reiki for you.
During Reiki Level One you learn the simple process of giving Reiki to yourself. You also learn how to give Reiki to your friends and family.

My name is Marania. I'm a Reiki Master and trauma informed holistic healing arts practitioner who cares deeply about exploring embodied paths to growth, transformation, remembrance of one's true essence. I'm passionate about supporting people to come home to their bodies and embrace all parts of themselves.
My work in the world re-introduces humans to their true nature using Energywork, Bodywork, Wombwork, Yoga, Breathwork, Somatic practices, Dance, Ceremony and Storytelling to connect with and remember the forgotten parts of ourselves.
