    Reiki Meditation and Mindfulness Classes explore the sensations of connecting with and receiving Reiki, begin or expand your meditation practice, and add more resources and exercises to your mindfulness toolkit.

    Our Afternoon Relaxation class will start with a grounding meditation exercise to help bring everyone fully into the here and now - quieting the mind and bringing attention to the body.

    We welcome a conscious connection to Reiki and spend time receiving. Feeling the flow of deep relaxation move through our bodies, this helps us let go of that which does not serve, better enabling Reiki to support, calm and balance our systems.

    From here we continue into a guided meditation or visualisation, which creates a sensory exploration and journey for the mind, and offers different layers to experience and receive Reiki.

    Each class will be different, because we are different.  Ever expanding and evolving on our paths through life.
