Beginning with a grounding exercise, then connecting with Reiki, we'll use guided meditation to make more room for ourselves; for caring and understanding; for listening and consideration; for being our own best friend.
In this Reiki-infused meditation class, we'll be using the flow of universal energy to shine a light on our relationship with our Self.
