Workshop Details

Join us for an immersive Reiki Level 1 Workshop organised by Sonamic Healing in collaboration with Dr. Kajal Mugrai, a Grandmaster of Reiki, therapist, and renowned healer. In this one-day workshop, you will gain foundational knowledge, skills, and practices to empower yourself and support others on their healing journey.

What You'll Learn and Experience

1. How to Scan the Aura
   Learn to sense and work with the subtle energy surrounding the body.
2. Chakra Scanning Techniques
   Discover how to scan and interpret the chakras using your hands without any special tools.
3. Aura Visualization Exercises
   Engage in practical activities that help you see and understand the aura.
4. Reiki Attunements
   Receive powerful attunements that open your Reiki channels, enabling you to access and channel Reiki energy for life.
5. Healing Techniques
   Learn to heal yourself and others through in-person face-to-face sessions, harnessing Reiki energy for transformation and well-being

Completion Certificate
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification where you’ll be ready to practice Reiki on yourself and your loved ones.

Do I need any previous experience to start my Reiki Level 1?
No, beautiful soul, you do not need any previous knowledge. You can come as you are, and our healer will train you.

Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?
Beautiful souls, bringing a yoga mat is entirely up to you. If you wish to bring one, feel free to do so. If not, that is perfectly fine too.

If I am not available on this day to attend, can I attend on an alternative day?
Yes, beautiful souls, we offer Reiki training on multiple days. If you are unable to attend on this specific day, please contact us before booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If I also want to learn Reiki Level 2 and Level 3, can I do it in the same week?
Beautiful soul, we will address all of these questions during the workshop. Yes, we do offer training for Reiki Levels 2 and 3 as well.

Is there any kind of nudity or sexual activities involved in this practice?
No, beautiful souls, we kindly ask all participants to wear appropriate clothing (smart casual). There is no nudity, physical touch, or any other sexual activities involved in this workshop.
