   Please arrive 10 mins before start time so we can begin at 1:30pm sharp. Bring along whatever you use while giving a healing including blankets, pillow and anything such as smudge, spray, crystals, sound bowls etc. It is your healing space so bring your personality and flair along. (Blanket and pillow as a minimum)- bring a water bottle to stay well hydrated.
