Rejecting Rejection: ADHD, RSD, and Confident Relationship Navigation

Rejection is hard for everyone but for neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, it can feel like navigating a minefield. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) can intensify the emotional impact of perceived or actual rejection, making interpersonal dynamics, scene negotiation, and play intensity uniquely challenging. In this interactive class, participants will explore strategies to: Identify and meet their own needs for emotional regulation and self-care, communicate boundaries clearly and effectively, build confidence in navigating kink scenes and relationships without falling into self-blame or misunderstanding. Attendees will leave with practical understanding to enhance communication, strengthen connection, and feel more empowered in their kink and relational experiences.

Presenter Bio

bella is a licensed clinical psychotherapist, educator, and active member of the BDSM/kink community. She blends clinical expertise with lived experience as a 24/7 submissive with a passion in power exchange, consent, and identity exploration, creating bold, interactive workshops that leave participants empowered, seen, and ready to own their desires, boundaries, and authentic selves.
